Recently I’ve been knocking some potential advertisers back. Its not because they’re businesses are no good, nor should be associated with TheBankChannel, its more that they dont appeal to my personal tastes and views on what customers really value, and they don’t display the kind of experience, design and understanding that a good customer experience should have.
Lets put it this way – if you’re a German, cool web agency then I’ll let you advertise probably at a discount. If you’re a credit card comparison site or a mass technology vendor, then I’ll likrely reject it.
Its just the way it is.
