Profile your Customer Experience team on TheBankChannel.com

As part of a new monthly special, I'm looking for leading CX teams in banks across the globe to volunteer to be profiled on TheBankChannel.com.

I'll be looking to interview leaders and operators of customer experience management in retail and business (or other) banks, to understand their structure, their approach, their methods, and what makes them successful. I'll also be looking for video or images you're willing to share, and any testimonials from customers or your business leaders.

This is not an advertisement opportunity for your bank, nor is it of course something I charge you for, nor will I be making any money from your participation here.

I am simply looking for the best FSCX teams on the planet to share your ideas, expertise and stories on how you go about making customers happy.
