Community First Credit Union have launched an 'Online Concierge', here to help direct you to certain products and services. This is an interesting development, where we can start to create fairly sophisticated assisted service through a self service channel. However, this tool is neither an effective search engine, or a swifter way to navigate to certain features. Unless she reveals some relevant information I'm not sure what this is other than a tvc.
